Michelin guide 2019: 7 former students of FERRANDI Paris have been promoted

    On Monday, January 21, 2019, the selection of the Michelin Guide was unveiled at a ceremony hosted by Audrey Pulvar Salle Gaveau in Paris.

    The 2019 guide has 636 starred restaurants, 11 more than in 2018:

    • 68 restaurants are promoted a star including 6 former students of FERRANDI Paris
    • 5 restaurants get 2 stars:
      • Le Coquillage - Cancale (Ille-et-Vilaine) 
      • La Maison d'à côté - Montlivault (Loir-et-Cher) 
      • La Scène - Paris 
      • Restaurant David Toutain - Paris 
      • AM par Alexandre Mazzia - Marseille (Bouches-du-Rhône) 

     

    • 2 new restaurants get 3 stars:
      • Le Clos des sens - Annecy (Haute-Savoie) 
      • Le Mirazur - Menton (Alpes-Maritimes)

     

    We would particularly like to congratulate seven of our alumni, including six who have won their first star and one who has two stars.

    One Star:

    • Raphael Rego at Oka (Paris)
    • Tomy Gousset at Tomy & Co (Paris)
    • Virginia Giboire at Racines (Rennes)
    • Amélie Darvas in  Aponem l'Auberge du Presbytère  (Vailhan)
    • Stéphane Cosnier at Côté Cuisine (Carnac)

     

    Two Stars:

    • Hugo Roellinger at Coquillage (Cancale)
