In the emblematic "Canon de Lumière" building, the Dijon campus has 850 m2 and includes two laboratories, one for cooking and the other for pastry-making, with a view over the centre of Dijon.

The culinary and pastry programmes offered at the Dijon campus are distinguished by their pedagogical excellence. They place great emphasis on regional culinary specialities and oenology courses which are delivered by the prestigious École des Vins de Bourgogne.
