FERRANDI’s class for Introduction to Cuisine celebrates their time at our school

On the 30th June, FERRANDI’s international program in Introductory Cuisine received their graduation certificates. 

With a celebratory glass of champagne and sat at a table covered with various dishes that the class themselves had made that day, the chef and his students discussed their last three weeks at FERRANDI and raised a toast to completing the course. 

Our international team had the chance to take some photos of the entire class enjoying their foie gras, risotto, and prawns, as they said farewell to each other. We even had the pleasure of hearing a few words from the chef in charge of the program, Aly Dioum, about what it meant to work in a professional kitchen and about the best ways to seek personal improvement in the world of cuisine.

We truly hope that everyone who participated in the program thoroughly enjoyed their time at our school and we wish everyone all the best in their future cooking endeavours!
