To assist our partners in the implementation of their structure, we train their teaching teams using innovative, modular and hybrid learning tools, which incorporate the technical, educational and digital aspects that are crucial to their profession.
From a few days to a year-long course, these training programmes, in both online and in-person format, are adapted to teachers’ profiles and the host country (contextualisation of culinary approach).
