Jordan Talbot visits FERRANDI Paris as part of the Advanced Professional Program in French Pastry
On April 3rd 2023, FERRANDI Paris had the pleasure of welcoming Jordan Talbot to work with the Advanced Professional Program in French Pastry.
This 8-week long advanced program is designed to provide culinary professionals with the unique opportunity to perfect their skills, particularly in creativity, style, and innovation, as well as offering the chance to undertake a 2-4 month long internship.
The program’s focus on chocolate work, artistic work, and plated desserts, therefore made Jordan Talbot, pastry chef for the esteemed Michelin star restaurant Lucas Carton, the perfect guest chef.
Talbot, winner of the 2nd edition of the Grand Prix de la Patisserie de la ville de Paris, demonstrated and worked with the advanced class to produce a wide variety of impressive desserts and we had the chance to take some photos of both the advanced class with Jordan Talbot and the desserts themselves.
