Three gala dinners in aid of Sidaction on our Saint-Gratien and Paris campuses

The three gala dinners in aid of Sidaction held on our Saint-Gratien and Paris campuses on November 28, 29 and 30 raised and donated 20,000 euros to Sidaction.
These unique gastronomic experiences are part of a long-standing commitment to a cause that unites us all.
Four renowned chefs signed the prestigious menus, created and served with passion by our students in our application restaurants:
- Thomas Parnaud of the Grand Monarque in Chartres (1 star)
- Maxime Vergely of La Halle aux Grains in Paris 1er (restaurant of former 3-star chef Sébastien Bras)
- Mohamed Cheikh , Top Chef 2021
- Thibaut Spiwack of restaurant Anona in Paris 17 (1 star & 1 green star)
