How proud we are to see our alumni shine on the French gastronomic scene!
We are delighted to announce that several of our alumni were awarded a Michelin star at the prestigious Michelin Guide 2024 star award ceremony in Tours on Monday 18 March 2024.
New restaurants awarded a Michelin Star:

- Claire Cames, Auberge de la Forge (Lavalette, Aude)
