73rd Prix Culinaire Prosper Montagné at FERRANDI Paris

Monday January 15 saw the 73rd edition of the Prix Culinaire Prosper Montagné held at FERRANDI Paris.

Under the star-studded presidency of chef Michel Roth, the world's oldest competition celebrated culinary excellence, with rabbit as the main course and prunes as the dessert.

 Contestants rose to the challenge with creativity, presenting innovative and tasty creations that dazzled the judges' taste buds. Well done to all the candidates and clerks who brought their passion to this exceptional competition.

Our warmest congratulations go to all the candidates and commis chefs, and especially to the winner of this 2024 edition: Alain Cully, Assistant Chef at Château de la Chèvre d'Or in Eze, and Enzo Armanni, winner of the FERRANDI Paris Young Talent Trophy.
