Concours du Meilleur Apprenti de France Pâtissier à FERRANDI Paris Campus de Dijon

On Monday 8 April 2024, the 48th edition of the Best Apprentice of France Pâtissier competition set the kitchens of FERRANDI Paris, Dijon Campus, alight at the Cité internationale de la gastronomie et du vin - Dijon.

14 finalists from the regional selections, from all over France, competed with talent based on a subject devised by the President of the Jury, Marie Simon (World Champion in Sweet Arts 2018). With Emmanuel Petit as the patron of this year's competition, the stakes were high to win the precious title. This 48th edition was a brilliant celebration of French craftsmanship and know-how.
