Masterclass on Champagne wines for students in Bachelor in F&B and Hospitality Management at FERRANDI Paris

This week, our Bachelor in F&B and Hospitality Management students attended a masterclass on Champagne wines given by the Comité Champagne.

The aim of this course is to give our students all the keys they need to understand the wines of Champagne and to look at the history and economy of Champagne as well as the method used to make this great wine.
