Sommelier workshop for our MSc in Hospitality Management students

Our students in the MSc in Hospitality Management program had the pleasure of taking part in a workshop organized at FERRANDI Paris Campus in Saint-Gratien, under the guidance of Guy Maignant - a sommelier instructor!

This workshop, entirely dedicated to the world of Champagne, was a real immersion in luxury, elegance and refinement.

Our students had the opportunity to deepen their knowledge of Champagne through various aspects, such as its history, the geographical landmarks and characteristic products of each region, the meticulous stages of its elaboration, the prestigious appellations, the specific sugar content, as well as the carefully selected grape varieties that give life to this exceptional beverage.
