Hospitality Lab Project - Let's hear from our students
As part of their end-of-studies project, our students in the 3rd year of the Bachelor's degree in F&B and Hospitality Management are taking the floor to explain their research. The projects of our two teams are spread over two cities in France.
"We are proud to collaborate with the co-living company Sharies for 3 months. Our principal, Mr François VILLEMAIN entrusted us with consulting missions on the development of restaurants, open to all, within their residences. These missions allowed us to concretize our experience of the last three years in FERRANDI Paris by solving different problems through recommendations.
Sharies is a real estate operator of managed housing located in France and Belgium. It comprises more than 7 co-living residences, offering quality furnished accommodation and common areas with all the necessary comforts.
