Chef Tom Meyer, culinary genius behind the Restaurant Granite (Paris 1er), MOF 2022, becomes the mentor of the FERRANDI Paris Bachelor in Culinary Arts and Entrepreneurship Class of 2025, French Cuisine option.

Originally from the Jura region and steeped in his family's savoir-faire, Chef Tom Meyer began his career with Anne-Sophie Pic in Valence, before moving on to Eric Pras' Maison Lameloise in Chagny, and Ronan Kervarrec's La Chèvre d'Or in Èze.

His culinary journey then took him to Switzerland, to the Hôtel de Ville restaurant in Crissier, first under Benoît Violier, then Franck Giovannini. In 2017, he brilliantly reached the final of the Challenge culinaire du président de la République and won the Prix Pierre-Taittinger. He will be awarded the title of Meilleur Ouvrier de France in 2022.
