FERRANDI Paris students shone at the 4th edition of the "Transmission" dinner supervised by their chef instructor François Babinska at the Salon Gustave Eiffel on February 7, 2024, in aid of La Gourmandise Festival!
This 100% women's charity event brought together 7 exceptional chefs: 1 World Champion, 6 Meilleurs Ouvriers de France, and 2 FERRANDI Paris alumni.

In the run-up to the event, our culinary and pastry students, supervised by their teachers Vianney Lecocq, Jérémie Barnay, Manuela Cipriano and the guest chefs, prepared the dinner in the FERRANDI Paris kitchens.
