Inauguration FERRANDI Paris - Rennes Campus

On Thursday, November 17, 2022, FERRANDI Paris - Rennes Campus was inaugurated in its brand new premises in the heart of the Breton capital.

A beautiful ceremony marked by the intervention of guests : President of the Ille-et-Vilaine CCI, Jean-Philippe CROCQ, Vice President of the Paris IDF CCI Gerard Delmas, General Manager of FERRANDI Paris Richard Ginioux, President of Rennes Métropole Nathalie Appéré, co-founder of the Vicartem Hôtellerie group Sebastien Meslin, former Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian, President of the CCI France Alain Di Crescenzo and President of the Board of Directors of FERRANDI Paris Jean-Paul Rigal.

A gastronomic visit, totally orchestrated by the students and their teachers, allowed the guests to visit the entire campus, which is

2,000 m2 in the heart of Rennes,
3 technical laboratories (2 kitchens and 1 pastry shop),
the 70-seat application restaurant l'Hermine.
