FERRANDI Paris wins the Grand Prix for Gastronomic Culture awarded by the International Academy of Gastronomy
Created in 1990, the Grand Prix de la Culture Gastronomique is awarded each year to a person or company that has distinguished itself in the cultural field of gastronomy.
By distinguishing FERRANDI Paris, the International Academy of Gastronomy rewards the school's past work and future projects, as well as its position as a mecca of gastronomic culture: a place of encounters, passion, excellence and where French know-how and savoir-vivre are transmitted.
