The 3rd edition of the Trophées de la Glace returned to FERRANDI Paris, celebrating excellence and creativity in the art of ice cream.

The long-awaited final took place on Monday 25 March 2024 on our Paris campus just after European Artisanal Ice Cream Day. This year, the theme "Flavours of the World" inspired the finalists, who vied with each other for 3 hours to create icy delights.

Chaired by Philippe Urraca and with Régis Marcon as honorary president, the day was a celebration of artisanal ice cream.

Congratulations to this year's winners:

  • 1st place: José Carlos Fariña Pouso, Technical Director at Area Doce - Reyvi, Pontevedra.
  • 2nd place: Luther De Deken, Head Pastry Chef at The Ruck Hotel, Lyon.
  • 3rd place: Tinh Tran, Pastry Chef at Brasserie les Haras, Strasbourg.

 A huge well done to all the participants for their passion and dedication!
