On May 15th, the bachelor team at FERRANDI Bordeaux took part in the Bocuse d'Or partners party at the Hotel InterContinental Paris. This was an occasion to support Louis De Vicari, a 3rd year Bachelor student in Bordeaux, who will participate in the Bocuse d'Or Europe on the 11th and 12th of June in Turin. He will be a commis/clerk for Matthieu Otto, Bocuse d'Or France 2017 (sous chef at the Auberge Saint-Walfrid in Sarreguemines in Moselle).
