GUILLAUME GOMEZ IS AWARDED THE FERRANDI PARIS GOLDEN MEDAL

    On January 14th, Bruno de Monte, director of FERRANDI Paris, and Jean-Paul Rigal, president of the school's governing board, awarded Guillaume Gomez with the FERRANDI Paris Gold Medal.

    FERRANDI Paris wishes to honour chefs and personalities from the world of hotels and gastronomy for their commitment to training others, their influence and their commitment to the school.

    Guillaume Gomez, Best Worker of France 2004, Chef of the Elysee Palace kitchens, is the first person to receive the FERRANDI Paris gold medal.
