Graduation Ceremonies 2017
In June 2017, we had the pleasure of holding the graduation ceremonies for the 2016 “Intensive Professional Program” students in Pastry, Cuisine and Bread Baking. Over 115 students representing more than 30 nationalities were awarded with their diploma for their hard work over the program and their internships.
For the Pastry and Cuisine students, it marked the end of 5 months training plus a 3 month internship and for the Bread Baking students it followed 10 weeks plus a 2 month internship. All of the Chef Instructors (Stéphane Jakic, Sébastien de Massard, Stéphane Gabrielly, Frédéric Lesourd, Jean-Philippe Garrigues, Florent Cantaut, Stevy Antoine, Nicolas Guercio, Serge Martin and Didier Chaput) were in attendance along with the administrative staff and friends and family.
