Former Intensive Professional Program in French Cuisine, Alex Tsiotinis's CTC Restaurant in Athens just received its first Michelin star! The Michelin guide applauds "the ambitious chef-owner of this elegant, intimate restaurant enjoys exploring and pushing boundaries". It goes on to say "its three surprise tasting menus offer a modern blend of Greek and French elements. The presentation is refined and the dishes are carefully chosen to enhance each dish."
