Business Game for FERRANDI Paris 3nd year Bachelors
Barely back at FERRANDI Paris, the third-year Bachelor students met last week for 3 intense days of Business Game.
In teams, the students had to help grow a 140-room hotel by using various levers in the hotel and restaurant industry.
Three teams were rewarded according to various evaluation criteria such as employee satisfaction or economic performance.
Beyond skills and results, the goal of this Business Game, developed by Cesim Business Simulations, is to mix classes and integrate Culinary arts, Entrepreneurship with Hotel Management & Catering, to create synergies between specialties.
This can be viewed as an asset, a few weeks before the Business Plan assignment, where students will meet to create their restaurant concept from scratch.
