    The “Bachelor of Culinary Arts and Entrepreuneurship” of FERRANDI Paris discovered on February 1st their prestigious sponsors:

    • Nicolas Sale, Chef of the Ritz cuisine, for the Bachelors Cuisine option
       
    • Jessica Préalpato, Pastry Chef of the Plaza Athénée for the Bachelors Pastry option.

    Both sponsors will accompany our students until the end of their programs.  

    The induction took place in the presence of Bruno de Monte, director of FERRANDI Paris; Benoit Nicolas, MOF Chef instructor in cuisine; Guy Casalta, Chef instructor in Cuisine, Emmanuel Henry, Chef instructor ; Regis Ferey, Chef instructor  in pastry program, Christophe Haton, MOF, Chef instructor in Cuisine and Marie Verlé, head of Higher education at FERRANDI Paris.

    After a welcome coffee the pedagogical restaurant “Le 28”, Bruno de Monte gave a speech to expose the stakes of this sharing between students and sponsors. A speech followed by the intervention of the two sponsors who introduced themselves to the students and exchanged with them on their program.

    This exceptional sponsorship allows students to interact with cooking and baking professionals in order to have their support and ongoing advice for their future projects.
