68th Culinary Prosper Montagné Prize at FERRANDI Paris
Julien Richard wins the culinary “Prosper Montagné 2018” prize in the kitchen of FERRANDI Paris.
The 68th edition of the “Prosper Montagné” contest took place on Monday 29th January 2018, In Ferrandi’s training kitchen/restaurant "Le Premier".
This 2018 edition was chaired by Philippe Etchebest, A Chef from Restaurant “Le Quatrième Mur” in Bordeaux, and prestigious MOF winner (in 2000).
The five finalists had to prepare a Quiche Lorraine starter and a Curly Ray main course with the three following garnishes: chef’s choice, leek and gnocchi.
Julien Richard (from SAHB The Paul Ricard Islands in Six-Four-les-Plages) was announced to be the winner.
He won a one-week trip to Japan, offered by Mr. Masaki of the Masaki Patisserie.
