Masterclass Fish & Oysters

An exceptional culinary experience with Meilleur Ouvrier de France chef Bruno Gauvain and our international students from the Intensive Professional Program in French Cuisine.  An opportunity for our students to learn all the techniques involved in seafood. 
During this master class, our students had the chance to work with top-quality products. Thanks to Maison Gillardeau for the oysters and Maison Blanc for the fish!

Speech by Nathalie Sarrouy-Watkins, lecturer and researcher in entrepreneurship at FERRANDI Paris, at the Eurochrie scientific conference

Dr Nathalie Sarrouy-Watkins, Research Professor in Entrepreneurship at FERRANDI Paris, took part in the Eurochrie scientific congress held in Vienna from 2 to 6 October.

She presented her paper entitled "Behavioural mode and performance of hospitality firms during the startup phase: the case of Senegal" with A. Mbengue and C.O. Baldé.

The conference provided an opportunity for great discussions and meetings with researchers from all over the world.
