A look back at the project to open a FERRANDI Paris campus in AlUla, Saudi Arabia

At the end of October, the FERRANDI Paris International Development Department travelled to AlUla, Saudi Arabia; the project to open a FERRANDI Paris Campus in AlUla is becoming a reality.
It was an opportunity to meet the future operator of the school: Colleges of Excellence and the team from the Royal Commission of Alula, to visit the future campus building, and to discover the magnificent hotels in the surrounding area - so many opportunities for internships and careers for students in this fascinating region.
The next step is the opening of the campus in a few months' time!

The tourism sector in Saudi Arabia is set to experience unprecedented growth between now and 2030 and beyond, as part of the "Vision 2030" project, with the opening of 10,000 keys. To meet this demand, a partnership between FERRANDI Paris and the Royal Commission of AlUla (RCU) was launched in 2019 to "train and develop a new generation of hoteliers in the AlUla region". Since then, the collaboration has extended to brand licensing and the creation of locally recognised study programmes, among others.
