FERRANDI Paris was honoured to take part in the gala for the Gault & Millau 2024 trophies

The gala for the Gault & Millau 2024 awards took place on 6 November at the prestigious Pavillon d'Armenonville.

FERRANDI Paris students brilliantly provided service alongside the Butard Enescot teams. In addition, our cookery students helped the chefs to prepare the cocktail reception and gourmet dinner, which was supervised by top chefs.

A huge CONGRATULATIONS to all our students, who demonstrated their passion, professionalism and commitment at this not-to-be-missed event, which brings together the great names in gastronomy.
