Graduated in cooking and after a few years in catering, Lucas Tubiana swapped his chef's hat for a shaker tumbler in 2013. He perfected his knowledge acquired in books through contact with professionals, then learned his skills in the most famous cocktail bars in Paris (Le forum and Andy Wahloo), then within a large Lyon group as executive bar chef. Today a consultant for numerous companies specializing in events and catering, he divides his time between France and Sweden.
