With a bachelor's degree in culinary arts, he quickly launched himself into entrepreneurship in 2009, making his childhood dream come true. With real talent, his various entrepreneurial experiences have always been successful. Today at the head of two restaurants, this does not mean that Alexandre should be resting on his laurels. As proof of this, the launch of Daroco Pastificio, an online sales site that offers home-made fresh pasta and home-made sauces with the guarantee of quality equivalent to that of his establishments.

The idea of this Italian online grocery shop, which is a variation of the Daroco restaurants, was not born out of confinement but long before, in the face of the growing success of home delivery.
