A meeting with three inspiring professionals from the hotel industry: Christophe Mendjel, entrepreneur and owner of the Paris j'Adore Hotel & Spa - 5 ✩, Thierry Massin - FERRANDI Alumni and today Director of Lodging at the same establishment and Fanny Ducalf, apprentice and assistant F&B manager.

At the heart of this enriching meeting with our students, crucial topics were explored, such as protecting the environment, improving working conditions in the hospitality industry and strengthening ties with our local partners.
