Hospitality Lab Project for our 3rd year Bachelor of Hotel and Restaurant Management students

As part of their studies in the third year of the Bachelor F&B and Hospitality Management program at FERRANDI Paris our students have the opportunity to collaborate with different hotel groups thanks to the Hospitality Lab project!

Among the different companies selected by FERRANDI Paris, 12 of our future hospitality professionals worked with Airelles collection belonging to LOV Group. The Group, still growing, owns 6 establishments, including 5 stars hotels and Palace in France. Those bespoke establishments were born from Stéphane Courbit 's desire to share is vision about luxury services and hospitality. Through this 12-week consulting project, our students will be able to apply everything they have learned during their 3 years of training at FERRANDI Paris.
