    Partners in the Bachelor of Culinary Arts and Entrepreneurship

    For students, mastering culinary techniques while acquiring solid management and marketing skills is vital today. Our objective is to provide the keys to understanding the environment in which they will work. FERRANDI Paris thus offers educational partnerships, interventions and lectures to enrich students’ general knowledge in relation to their future job.

    An innovative educational partnership with GOBELINS, the School of the Image

    This food photography workshop is a challenge for students on the Bachelor of Culinary Arts and Entrepreneurship course and for photography students, who work in pairs to create an original culinary photograph.

    • The history of gastronomy, products, the table arts, the sociology of taste, provided by the University François Rabelais, Tours.
    • Creativity, in partnership with the French Fashion Institute (IFM).

    HEC Entrepreneurs

    Students whose business project is validated by HEC’s academic team will be able to join the business creation module on the HEC Entrepreneurs specialised masters’ degree. They will work in collaboration with students registered for that Masters in order to develop their new business project.

    Partnerships with the Bachelor of F&B and Hospitality Management

    • In their third year, selected students will be able to continue their course at the La Rochelle Business School of Tourism and will thus receive a double degree: Bachelor of the La Rochelle Business School of Tourism and Bachelor of F&B and Hospitality Management from FERRANDI Paris.
    • Bachelor students will have the opportunity to study for one term at the Westminster Kingsway College in London, a university specialising in the catering industry.
    • The history of gastronomy, products, the arts of the table, the sociology of taste, provided by the University François Rabelais in Tours.
