"L'Entracte", the school's new student space, is a project driven by FERRANDI Paris and Châteauform', the leading group in hosting seminars, training courses and events, to create a new student space on our Paris campus.
The objective is to offer students a place to exchange ideas, to bring students together, to be intergenerational and inclusive, and to feel comfortable working, living and relaxing between classes.
A friendly space for our students to exchange ideas and build team spirit! We wish them good moments of sharing in this space designed and thought for them!
"L'Entracte", le nouvel espace étudiants de l'école, est un projet impulsé par FERRANDI Paris et Châteauform', le groupe leader dans l'accueil de séminaires, formations et d'événements afin de créer un nouvel espace étudiants au sein de notre campus parisien .
L'objectif est de proposer aux étudiants un lieu d'échanges, qui rassemble les élèves, qui soit intergénérationnel, inclusif et dans lequel on se sent bien pour travailler, vivre et déconnecter entre les cours.

Our Master of Science in Hospitality Management students had the opportunity to meet Audrey Peguret, Director of Sustainable Development and Vanessa Muller, Recruitment and Career Management Manager at the Ritz Paris.
This was an opportunity to understand more about the management of a CSR policy, the communication around a brand's values, the management of human resources within a company and more specifically within the Ritz Paris.

The graduation ceremony for our international students(Advanced Professional Program in French Cuisine & in French Pastry and Intensive Professional Programs in French Cuisine, French Pastry & Bread Baking) took place on January 20 at the Hotel Potocky.
After a speech by Muriel Barnéoud, Vice-President of the Paris Ile-de-France Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and Richard Ginioux, General Manager of FERRANDI Paris, the Chef Instructors and their students were able to reflect together on the highlights of their experience at FERRANDI Paris.
Congratulations again to all our students from the Paris and Dijon campuses. We are proud to count you among our alumni now!

La cérémonie de remise des diplômes de nos étudiants internationaux (Advanced Professional Program in French Cuisine & in French Pastry and Intensive Professional Programs in French Cuisine, French Pastry & Bread Baking) s'est déroulée le 20 janvier dernier à l'Hôtel Potocky.
Après un discours de Muriel Barnéoud, Vice-Présidente de la Chambre de commerce et d'industrie de région Paris Ile-de-France et de Richard Ginioux, Directeur Général de FERRANDI Paris, les Chefs Instructeurs et leurs étudiants ont pu revenir ensemble sur les moments forts de leur expérience à FERRANDI Paris.
Félicitations encore à tous nos étudiants des campus de Paris et Dijon. Nous sommes fiers de vous compter parmi nos anciens étudiants maintenant !

FERRANDI Paris was honored today to receive a visit from Olivier Véran, Minister of State for Democratic Renewal and Government Spokesperson.
The Minister was able to visit the school and speak with students about different career paths, apprenticeships, and their aspirations for the future.
We would like to thank the Minister for this visit to our school along with Gerard Delmas, Vice-President of the Paris Ile-de-France Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Jean-Paul Rigal, Chairman of the Board of Directors of FERRANDI Paris, and Richard Ginioux, General Manager of FERRANDI Paris.
FERRANDI Paris a eu l'honneur de recevoir aujourd'hui la visite d'Olivier Véran, Ministre délégué chargé du Renouveau démocratique et porte-parole du gouvernement.
Le Ministre a pu visiter l'école et échanger avec nos élèves sur leurs parcours professionnels, sur l'apprentissage et leurs aspirations pour l'avenir.

Every year, FERRANDI Paris has the honor of hosting the oldest French culinary competition: the Prosper Montagné Prize! This year, Dominique Loiseau, President of the Bernard Loiseau Group and patron of our Dijon campus, presided over the competition, which focused on the theme of Octopus and Banka Trout. After a very intense day for the 6 finalists who came from the four corners of the world, Dominique Loiseau, President of the jury, presented the trophy to Chef Tomohiro SUZUKI of the "Hydrangea Hotel New Nagasaki" in Japan.
Congratulations to the 2 other winning chefs: Alexandre LAMBERET "Le Méridien Beach Plaza" in Monaco and Julien GUÉNÉE "Automobile Club de France" in Paris.
A new feature this year was the creation of the FERRANDI Paris - Prosper Montagné 2023 Young Hope Prize, a prize created to reward the most deserving clerk in the competition. Congratulations to Paul Doiteau, an apprentice in the CAP Cuisine program at FERRANDI Paris, who wins this prize and a training course of his choice from our Continuing Education catalog, worth approximately 3,000 euros. All the clerks are also rewarded by winning stays at our official partners: Maison Perey, Caviar...
Thank you to all the members of the organizing committee of the Club Prosper Montagné, and to our chefs and teachers Benoît Nicolas (MOF 2015), Jacques Girard, François Babinska, Sebastien Vilmot, Mohamed Ali and Patrice Laclau for their guidance throughout the competition, as well as the entire FERRANDI Paris event team. Thanks to our chefs Marc Ales (MOF 2000) and Antoine Cantal for the realization of the magnificent chocolate piece as well as Claude Chiron and his students for the macaroon pieces exhibited during the contest.
