Our students in the Bachelor in Culinary Arts and Entrepreneurship program, Pastry option, had the privilege of meeting their class mentor: Angelo Musa .
 
Angelo Musa, Executive Pastry Chef at the Hôtel Plaza Athénée Paris and The Lana, Dubai - Dorchester Collection, Meilleur Ouvrier de France 2007 and World Pastry Champion in 2003, shared his expertise and passion with our students.
 
Our students had the opportunity to make one of his emblematic recipes: Roll Cake Chocolat.
