    The Introduction to the Fundamentals programs are geared towards food enthusiasts who are eager to combine their studies or leisure time in Paris with an initiation to culinary arts.

    The Introductions to the Fundamentals will be starting this summer 2021!

    Through immersive 2 to 3 week long programs taught 100% in English, you will learn the art of French Pastry, French Cuisine, Bread Baking or Chocolate making and learn how to make iconic French recipes and specialties.

    Our programs are a real immersion in the capital of gastronomy, also featuring tailor-made visits in the most famous places of Paris and tastings which you will remember all your life.
