Welcome to the new group for the Advanced Pastry Program !
We are thrilled to have welcomed this Monday a new group of students for the Advanced Professional Program in French Pastry!
Our students have started their two month journey into French Pastry, which will include famous Guest Chef demonstrations, such as Chef Cyrille Van der Styuff (MOF Boulangerie 2015) Franck Wenz and Johanna Le Pape, amongst others.
They will also be able to sharpen their creative skills and develop their signature style through a creative project on the topic of the Tea Time, taking place at the end of the program. And you can rest assured, all our practical classes strictly respect all sanitary measures, so our students learn in the best conditions.
