The students of the Master of Science Hotel Management have made a study trip to Hong Kong for a period of one month. A busy month during which they took courses in hospitality innovation at The Polytechnic University of Hong Kong, a leading partner school in the Asian region, and studied those set up by the ICON hotel.

Several seminars were organized with teachers from the prestigious university, including Bob Mc Kercher and Brian King, as well as officials from the Kong-Kong Tourism Board.

Students also had the opportunity to meet and visit the technical facilities of major hotel establishments such as the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong, Pullman Park Lane, Holiday Inn Golden Mile and Intercontinental Hong Kong.

At the same time, the students, who worked on an event project around gastronomy that will take place in 2020, took the opportunity to enrich their taste experiences by tasting the local gastronomy.
