SIDACTION IN FERRANDI PARIS: ON THE SAINT-GRATIEN CAMPUS
For its 10th edition, "Chefs Solidaires", set up by Line RENAUD and Pierre BERGE, as part of the Sidaction association, could once again count on the support of FERRANDI Paris, which mobilised teams from its three different campuses to make four impressive meals, all of which will be donated to the association. It took place in Saint-Gratien, on Thursday, November 29, 2018, the date on which the restaurant opened its doors to welcome 62 people to a gala dinner, made entirely by our apprentices and monitored by their teachers.
Sophisticated products were made for a high-end menu.
Some magical moments happened in the kitchen: Laurent DELARBRE, MOF 2004, Vice-President of Toques Françaises and Gilles OLIVIER, FERRANDI Saint-Gratien teacher, oversaw the menu which delighted all our guests. It was specifically created for this special occasion and created by our trainee cooks.
This prestigious event highlighted core values including team spirit and enthusiasm.
