Sacha Croteau, student in his last year in the bac pro cuisine at FERRANDI Paris wins the national final competition of the Best Apprentice Cooking of France 2019
On Monday January 21st 2019, the final of the Contest for the Best Apprentice Cook of France 2019 was held at the "Le Premier" restaurant FERRANDI Paris. This year, this prestigious competition was chaired by Christian Têtedoie, Michelin-starred chef, Best worker in France.
Twelve candidates had 4h30 to prepare a menu consisting of:
Congratulations to Sacha Croteau, a student in Bac Pro Cuisine at FERRANDI Paris and apprentice at the Pavillon Dufour at the Château de Versailles, who won the first place of this prestigious competition.
Congratulations also to Nicolas Cheronnet, instructor at FERRANDI Paris and his teacher, Stéphane Duchiron, chef at the Pavillon Dufour at the Palace of Versailles, who coached and encouraged him!
