The perfect Tea Time at FERRANDI Paris!

    The art of Tea Time is not only reserved for the British royal court! Our Advanced Pastry Program students also wanted to give it a go!

    They crafted a 5 course tea time menu with François Daubinet, the talented Pastry Chef at Fauchon. Each course was paired with a tea or beer in order to enhance the subtle aromas of each dish: peanut with brioche, "déclinaison de comté", strawberry and tomato tart.

    This sweet and salty experience ended with the head in the clouds : a very soft mousse with a lemon and vervena kick topped with red fruits. Talent has no limit for tea time at Ferrandi Paris!
