    Esteemed Pastry Chef Nicolas Guercio has just returned from leading five days of training in Macau at the Institute for Tourism Studies (IFT).
    Nicolas trained the IFT students in ‘Plated Desserts’ and the public in ‘Modern French Cakes’.

    This training marks our 8th collaboration with IFT and we look forward to many more!
