Last Tuesday our international students in the Intensive Professional Program in Cuisine served their final dishes at FERRANDI’s restaurant. The customers were delighted with the quality of the food that they were served. To assist our students, guest-Chef Christophe Hay, who works at "La Maison d'à Côté" was present. It was wonderful to see the level of outstanding professionalism in the kitchen and our students so at ease in their new environment!
