THE JEWELY BOX PROJECT IN PARTNERSHIP WITH L'ÉCOLE DE HAUTE JOAILLERIE
As part of an educational partnership, students in the upper pastry program have been working on a joint project with the students of the L'école de Haute Joaillerie: the jewelry box project.
For three months, students from both schools have been working in Paris on this unique project: to design and create a jewelry box from chocolate
For this first collaboration, students had three themes to choose from: ART DECO, STREAM LINE or JAPAN.
The students of FERRANDI, accompanied by their chefs Régis FEREY and Carlos CERQUEIRA worked on chocolate in all its forms.
This first unusual encounter between the culinary arts and the jewelry arts allowed students to be extremely creative in order to produce their incredible chocolate boxes.
The creations were presented at the Open Day of the L'école de Haute Joaillerie on Saturday the 17th March 2018.
