FERRANDI Paris at the us embassy to celebrate 300 years of new-orleans

    On Thursday the 28th of June 2018, our students provided food service to the US Ambassador as invited guests celebrated 300 years of Now-Orleans.

    Hosted by Guy Savoy, chef in his namesake restaurant “Guy Savoy” which boasts 3 Michelin starts, the event took place with 3000 guests in the gardens and residence of the US Ambassador in France, Jamie Mc Court.

    Supported by their chef instructors (Julie CROZET, Delphine MORANT, Vianney LECOCQ et Mehdi DAHMANE) the students of the BTS Hôtellerie-Restauration course from the Jouy-en-Josas campus and the students from the Bachelor Arts Culinaire et Entrepreneuriat from the FERRANDI Paris campus provided a fabulous service during the evening.
