FERRANDI Paris at Taste of Paris 2018

    For the 4th edition of Taste of Paris, FERRANDI Paris, official partner of the event since it began, will welcome you to their restaurant from the 17th to the 20th May.
    During 4 days, come to discover a menu of 8 mains in the FERRANDI Paris restaurant, which will take place in the Grand Palais, among 18 other pop-up restaurants.

    From the 17th to the 20th of May, four alumni will be taking orders at the FERRANDI Paris restaurant, each proposing a signature dish:

    Beef bao bun, pickeled carrot, onions and cucumber, peanuts and corriander


    YONI SAADA, 
    Restaurant Bagnard

    Candied marrow, black puffed quinoa, young watercress coulis, rhubarb and peas.


    Students of the Bachelor programs, chefs, and MOF’s Marc Alès (MOF 2000) and Benoît Nicolas (MOF 2015) will be helping.
    In addition, FERRANDI Paris will accompany the restaurants of Taste of Paris, sharing the knowledge and know-how of the students, who will assist the chefs throughout the festival. Our students will be present on the pop-up restaurants and will also work in the Laurent-Perrier VIP area.
    Guided by their elders, they will have the opportunity to put into practice rigor and requirement acquired during their training.
