FERRANDI PARIS RENEW THEIR COMMITMENT TO PRESERVE MARINE RESSOURCES
FERRANDI Paris has committed to the protection and preservation of the oceans with the Ethic Ocean association, by signing the charter for the preservation of fisheries resources on the 9th April. This took place during the Olivier Roellinger cooking competition, co-founded by Ethic Ocean, a governmental association.
Our mission is to make our students aware of sustainable fishing and to encourage the preservation of fishery resources.
Schools like FERRANDI must make their students aware, as future chefs, of their responsibility and the role of example they will play by the choice of products from sustainable fishing.
