FERRANDI Paris "Pâtisserie" book has won two awards at the Gourmand Awards 2017, in Yantai, China.
The 23rd edition of the "Gourmand World Cookbook Awards" took place on the 26th and 27th of May in Yantai, China. These awards celebrate the best culinary books from across the world.
On this occasion:
- The book "PÂTISSERIE" (in French) won a "Gourmand Award 2017" for the category "Foreign Rights Sellers".
- The book "PÂTISSERIE" (in English) won a "Gourmand Award 2017" for the category "Best Pastry Book for Professionals"
