- Our students in BTS Management in Hotel Catering, supervised by Jean-Michel Robier, teacher/trainer in tableware, will provide the service throughout the evening.
- Students in their second year studying a Bachelor degree in Culinary Arts and Entrepreneurship Pastry, along with pastry chef Carlos Cerqueira, will present their “chocolate costume”, created in collaboration with designer Guillaume Langlois.
FERRANDI Paris, official partner of The 2018 Chocolate Fair
Once again, FERRANDI Paris has officially partnered up with the Salon du Chocolat.
Our BAC PRO Bakery-Pastry students in their final year will assist the chefs at the Pastry Show throughout the fair which is held from October 31 to November 4, 2018.
For this 24th edition, we welcome you to Stand B54-Pavilion 4, in front of the Pastry Salon area, which represents the FERRANDI Paris training program and sells our latest book: "PASTRY”.
At the opening night on the 30th October:
On Sunday 4th November at 12 pm (Pastry Space), pastry chef Claude Chiron and students in their final year of the BAC PRO Baker-Pastry program will showcase their chocolatier skills with a recipe from the book "PASTRY" by FERRANDI Paris. The demonstration will be followed by a signing session.

Since 1994, the Salon du Chocolat has been the largest global event dedicated to chocolate. During the 5 days of the show, nearly 120,000 visitors meet over 500 producers of chocolate, cocoa, ice cream, pastry and confectionery.
