FERRANDI Paris has given a 6-days masterclass at TAO BLOOM, China

    At the start of May, Our Pastry Chef Nicolas Guercio was invited to give a masterclass at TaoBloom in Beijing, China.

    TaoBloom offers training programs aimed at pastry chefs and coffee /tea shop owners. Their training helps to give chefs the tools they need to diversify their product ranges.

    Our Chef Guercio shared on some very traditional french pastries during his week: Croissants, Eclairs, Opera and Cheesecake.

    This years trip was another huge success and we are looking forward to continuing to build our relationship with TaoBloom.
