ETHIC OCEANS SUSTAINABLE FISHING DINNER AT FERRANDI PARIS

    On Wednesday the 11th April at 8 pm, Jonathan DATIN (Chef of the Edulis gastronomic restaurant in Granville) and Julien DUMAS (Chef of the gastronomic restaurant Lucas Carton in Paris, which holds one Michelin star), both committed to the preservation of the resources of the sea created a "Food and wine pairing" menu with students from the international program and their teacher trainers at FERRANDI Paris.

    All the profits from this dinner were donated to the benefit of the association Ethic Ocean, dedicated to the preservation of fisheries resources and marine ecosystems.
    This organization mobilizes all professionals concerned with the preservation of the oceans and its resources by encouraging good practices
